Feedback is crucial for creating effective LGBTQIA+ youth programs in Northwest Arkansas.

It helps our Program Director and Board understand the unique needs and experiences of LGBTQIA+ youth and tailor the programs to meet those needs. We believe in continually assessing the effectiveness of our programs and making adjustments as needed to serve the LGBTQIA+ youth community better. By listening to feedback from LGBTQIA+ youth and incorporating their suggestions, our Program Director can create a more welcoming and inclusive environment where LGBTQIA+ youth feel seen, heard, and supported.
